Author and entrepreneur Mike Michalowicz joins the podcast today to discuss some principles in his book, Profit First. With years of entrepreneurial experience under his belt, Mike shows how to navigate the industry as a small business. Mike has built multiple companies and has had multiple exits. More importantly, he says, he has also had business failures. To him, those failures and stumbles are what truly transformed his journey.
