Leslie Shields is the principal agent and owner of The Shields Agency, a female-driven insurance agency whose goal is to help small businesses and individuals find the right insurance solutions. She started The Shields Agency in 2019, after working for several national insurance agencies for six years. She is the MyEO Women’s National Delegate and the Social Chair for the Fort Worth chapter.
