World-renowned business educator and coach, Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, gives priceless tips for today’s female entrepreneur. Today on the EO Podcast, Dr. Goldsmith discusses the difference between men and women in leadership, and teaches women how to finally be happy and free ourselves from guilt. Tune-in to listen to Dr. Goldsmith as he walks through an exercise in letting go, inspired by Buddhist philosophy and his experiences with women around the world. Marshall also discusses what advice the elderly would give their younger selves and inspires us to take their advice NOW.
